In the video it shows that:
-typed text its easier, probably because it's better to read then most peoples handwritting
-Links are easier to work with because its a word in a website you can just click on
-You can also site sources from anysight from anywhere
-hotmail was designed to do web work
-different font codes define different formats
-can read anything anytime example: news
-can tag anything
-believes we teach machines to be smarter
-searching things to tell a machine what we think is important
